Everyone was courteous and helpful and considerate and kind. It wasn't a nerve wracking experience bc they knew how to answer my questions and explained what I didn't understand without making me feel stupid and explained exactly what they were doing and why. They were great!

I honestly don’t know a doctor or dentist/oral surgeon who is as caring and professional as Dr. Ferrell. He’s a good people person. I have been seeing him on and off for several years. He’s kind and thorough and I feel confident in his skills. I will suggest him to anyone needing periodontal work done. We need more people like him in the medical field!!

I recently had a gum tissue graft. Dr. Ferrell was recommended by my orthodontist. I was a little nervous to have such a procedure without IV sedation, but the staff was very understanding, and they really took great care of me. I don't remember anything, had no pain, and woke up easily. The graft looks amazing and is healing exceptionally well. I am very happy with Dr. Ferrell's work. Thanks to him and his great staff!

Every person in Dr. Ferrell's office is welcoming and professional. You'll be greeted by name and treated like you're the most important person in the building. I have complete trust in Dr. Ferrell's experience and ability. You might be able to find a less expensive alternative, but you won't get the same value or results.

My son had to have a couple of tooth exposures. He is only 12, and was very nervous. The staff from the time we checked in, until the time we left was top notch. VERY friendly and personable. They made my son feel comfortable, and even made him laugh a couple of times. Just when I thought they couldn't get any better, I received a phone call from Dr. Ferrell later that night to make sure my son was doing good. You simply do not get that kind of service anymore. My son told them before we left that they are his FAVORITE dentist and he thought they did a great job!
